Master Plan Development based on feasibility study. Scope to improve the utilization of existing infrastructure and add currently unavailable facilities on a ‘Green Building Concept’. The implementation strategy to have a phased implementation strategy for managing the cash flow and eliminating all temporary buildings at the earliest possible opportunity.
